Abstract

In the current (third) lockdown,attention has once again been focused on what we’ve been instructed that we should, and should not do, in terms of essential daily activities. One issue that’s come to the fore is exercise and the ‘requirement’ we should stay within our local area.Two cases immediately come to mind.
