Abstract

This paper presents the results of a critical analysis of the 15-Minute Cityconcept, developed through a compara-tive analysis of three case studies: the ville du quart d’heure in Paris, the Superillaplan in Barcelona and the Piazze Aperteprogramme in Milan. This comparative analysis is addressed through the lens of the theoretical and design paradigm of civic design/capital web and aims to highlight the limits and potential of these models and inform future research direc-tions to pursue the eco-social transition of urban systems.
