Abstract

Post‐pandemic work is different, and many organizations have embraced this new way of working with little time to consider the policy, strategy, or impact on people.

Remote and hybrid work have changed and challenged how we interact with each other in our jobs, elevating the importance of fostering belongingness in the workplace.
