Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak has threatened and caused unprecedented disruptions to supply chains showing the supply chain management's inability to deal with black swan events. The unexpected COVID-19 event has deeply impacted the world in terms of health systems as well as the business environment. Supply chains have been challenged to avoid imminent disruptions in their upstream and downstream flows.
