Abstract
Hardlopen is de afgelopen tien jaar een veelbesproken onderwerp geworden in de geografie en de ruimtelijke sociale wetenschappen. Maar waarom bestuderen geografen hardlopen? Dit artikel bespreekt vier redenen waarom onderzoek naar hardlopen waardevol is voor het begrijpen van relaties tussen mens en ruimte.
