Abstract

In hisannual Conservative Party conference virtual speech, Prime Minister Boris Johnson tacitly, admitted having got something wrong in the past. Suggesting that it was 20 years ago when ‘people’ stated that wind power “wouldn’t pull the skin off a rice pudding”, Johnson failed to mention that it was he who said this in 2013.
