Abstract

Drawing on a small scale research study that explored the complexities and challenges of caring for young people who present risks of sexual harm to others, the author revisits the conceptual framework of Foster Care developed, in order to understand and review its wider relevance and possible significance to Safeguarding practice and Social Work education during the current pandemic and beyond.
