Abstract

The blog post "Modern legal education: critique and transformation through TWAIL pedagogy" argues that mainstream legal education's Eurocentric approach obscures societal nuances and historical injustices in international law. The authors call for a shift towards TWAIL (Third World Approaches to International Law) pedagogy, promoting a more inclusive, critical perspective that acknowledges colonial and oppressive histories, thereby fostering a comprehensive understanding of global legal relations.
